The Application Process

D.Pharmacy: Minimum eligibility requirements

Students should have completed 12th with chemistry, physics and mathematics or biology

B.Pharmacy: Minimum eligibility requirements

Students should have completed 12^th with chemistry, physics and mathematics or biology PCM/PCB/ PC and Computer Science and PC and Electronics with 50% marks. Students who have completed D.Pharmacy (D.Pharm) with 60% aggregate shall be admitted directly to 2nd year Bachelor in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) course.

Start Online Submission

The first step to admission to the D.Pharm / B.Pharm Program is a thoroughly completed application online. Documents are scanned to PDF format (less than 10 KB) and attached to the online form.

Submit The Original Documents

The second step to submit originals documents in person to office staff or posted college address.

Things To Know First

The Common Application is required for students applying to any of courses. You’ll be able to choose your course (D.Pharmacy / B. Pharmacy) that you are interested.

You will need :

Name of the Student should be written (as per 10th / SSLC Marks Card)
Current address and Permanent address
PUC/ 10 + 2 (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or (Physics, Chemistry, Maths)
1. SSLC or Equivalent Marks Card
2. PUC/ +2 Marks Card
3. Transfer/Leaving Certificate
4. Migration Certificate
5. Address Certificate/ Aadhar Card
6. Caste Certificate - IF you have
7. Photo ID Proof/ Certificate
8. Any additional Certificate if you would like to show us
9. Student Passport Size Photo (JPEG)
