Admission Process

Applying to Vidya Siri College of Pharmacy is a simple 5-step process. Step 1 — Check Eligibility

Before applying, confirm you meet the eligibility criteria for your target program:

  • B.Pharm (4 years): 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics — minimum 45% aggregate (40% for reserved categories)
  • D.Pharm (2 years): 10+2 with PCB or PCM — minimum 40% aggregate
  • B.Pharm Lateral Entry (3 years): D.Pharm graduate with a minimum 50% aggregate

Step 2 — Submit Application

Fill the online application form on our website. You will need:

  • 10th + 12th marks card (scanned PDF)
  • Aadhaar card or government photo ID
  • Recent passport-size photograph
  • Caste certificate (if applying under reserved category)
  • For D.Pharm graduates applying to Lateral Entry: D.Pharm consolidated marks card

An admission counsellor will review your application within 24 hours and confirm your eligibility via phone and email.

Step 3 — Personal Counselling Session

Once shortlisted, you’ll be invited for a personal counselling session — either in person at our Sarjapur Road campus or via video call. The counselling session covers:

  • Program structure and curriculum walkthrough
  • Career pathways: industry vs hospital vs higher studies vs government services
  • Fee structure breakdown including hostel and transport options
  • Scholarship eligibility check (merit-based + need-based)
  • Any program-specific questions you have

This step typically takes 30–45 minutes. We encourage parents to attend.

Step 4 — Pay Admission Fees

Once you confirm your decision, fees can be paid through one of three secure channels:

  • Online Razorpay payment (recommended) — credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking
  • NEFT/RTGS bank transfer — account details shared during counselling
  • Demand Draft in favour of “Vidya Siri College of Pharmacy” payable at Bangalore

You will receive a fee receipt by email and SMS immediately after payment is confirmed.

Step 5 — Enrolment & Orientation

After fee payment:

  • Submit original documents at the college office for verification (one visit, ~30 minutes)
  • Collect your student ID card, library card, and orientation kit
  • Attend the orientation programme (held in late June / early July)
  • Classes typically begin in the second week of August
