This B.Pharm admission checklist for 2026 walks you and your parents through every document, deadline, and decision needed to secure your B.Pharm seat at Vidya Siri College of Pharmacy or any PCI-approved pharmacy college in Karnataka. Use it as a working reference — verify each item as you complete it. The B.Pharm 2026 admission process at Vidya Siri College of Pharmacy and similar private PCI-approved colleges has 4 steps: (1) submit enquiry and pass eligibility check, (2) submit required documents for verification, (3) attend counselling and receive provisional admission letter, (4) pay first-year fee to confirm seat. Required documents include 10th and 12th marksheets, Transfer Certificate, Aadhaar, and 6 photographs. No NEET, no KCET required for our intake. Application window opens March 2026.

1. Eligibility Self-Check (Do this first)

Before you spend time gathering documents or visiting colleges, confirm you meet the basic B.Pharm eligibility for the 2026 intake:

• I have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognised board
• My 12th subject combination includes Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) OR Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM)
• My aggregate in PCB/PCM is 45% or more (40% if I belong to SC/ST/OBC/PwD)
• English was a subject in my 12th
• I am 17 years old or will be on or before 31 December 2026
• I have NOT been required to write NEET or KCET for VSCP’s management quota intake

2. Documents Checklist — Originals + Photocopies

Prepare these documents before you start the admission process. Keeping originals and photocopies organised saves time and stress.

Mandatory documents

• 10th Standard Marksheet (original + 2 photocopies)
• 10th Standard Passing Certificate

• Requested and reviewed the college’s PCI approval certificate copy
• Requested the current 2026 fee structure on official letterhead
• Confirmed no capitation/donation fees (avoid colleges that charge these)

4. Application Step-by-Step Checklist

Step 5: Fee Payment + Seat Confirmation

• Paid first-year fee (full or 50% first instalment)

• Confirmed RGUHS/PCI registration timeline with admissions office

Step 6: Pre-Orientation Preparation

• Confirmed orientation date with the college
• Finalised hostel/PG accommodation if applicable
• Bought lab coat and basic stationery
